1. Who we are
The georgica.ro website is run by INFINITY DIGITAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L., registered office in Dârvari village, Ciorogârla commune, Str. Adunați nr. 44, room 5, Ilfov county, Romania, VAT no. RO55185933, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2026043845008, hereinafter “the Provider”. The person or company requesting or buying the services is referred to as “the Client”.
2. The services offered
The Provider offers website building and fixing, technical checks (audits), search engine optimisation (SEO), measurement setup (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, cookie consent), online advertising campaign management, maintenance, as well as access to the client management platform (CRM) and SMS message packages. The exact scope of each job is the one in the quote or contract accepted by the Client.
3. The quote and its acceptance
Each quote has its own number (in the form OF-NNN) and describes the work, the price and the timeline. The quote is accepted in writing, by email, or by signing the contract. Work not described in the quote or contract is not included in the price and is quoted separately, at the Client’s request.
4. Prices and invoicing
Prices are expressed in Romanian lei (RON). Where “+ VAT” is stated, VAT is added to the price as required by law. An invoice is issued for every job and sent through the RO e-Factura system, where the law requires it, and by email. The costs of third-party services (hosting, domain names, licences for themes or modules, advertising budget paid to Google or Meta) are not included in the price, unless the quote says otherwise.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice or online, by card, through the invoice payment link. Online card payments are processed by PayU; card details are entered directly on the processor’s secure page, and the Provider neither receives nor stores them. Work starts once the invoice has been paid, unless the contract provides otherwise.
6. Timelines
The timeline for each job is the one in the quote or contract and runs from payment of the invoice and receipt of the access and materials needed. The timeline is extended by any period in which the Client delays the access, materials, answers or approvals requested.
7. The Client’s obligations
The Client provides, in good time, access to the website, the hosting and the accounts needed (for example Google), as well as the texts, images and information requested. The Client is responsible for the content they provide and for the right to use it. Passwords are sent over a private channel, not by email.
8. How we work and acceptance
Before any change to an existing website, the Provider makes a backup. Work on the live website is announced in advance. On completion, the Provider sends the list of work done; the Client’s comments are sent by email within the period stated in the quote or contract.
9. The CRM platform and SMS packages
A Client who receives an account on the georgica.ro platform is responsible for keeping the login details confidential and for the use of the account. SMS credits bought online are added to the account automatically once PayU confirms the payment. Messages sent through the platform must comply with the law on commercial communications and data protection.
10. Cancellation and refunds
If the Client cancels before the work starts, the amount paid is refunded in full. Once the work has started, the amount paid covers the work done up to that date and is not refunded, and the website is left in working order. A Client who is a consumer (a private individual) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, except where the service has been fully performed with their prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Requests are sent to contact@georgica.ro. Refunds are made by the same payment method, within 14 days at the latest.
11. Rights in the work
Once the price has been paid in full, the files and changes made by the Provider for the Client belong to the Client, with no restrictions on use. Themes, modules and other third-party components remain subject to their own licences. The website, domain name, accounts and data always belong to the Client.
12. Liability
The Provider is liable for the work done, up to the price paid for that work. The Provider is not liable for the operation of third-party services (hosting, Google, Meta, PayU, module vendors) or for changes made to the website by the Client or by other people. Google rankings and campaign results depend on factors outside the Provider’s control and cannot be guaranteed.
13. Personal data
How we process personal data is described on the “Privacy (GDPR)” page, which forms part of these terms.
14. Complaints and disputes
Complaints are sent to contact@georgica.ro and are answered within 30 days at the latest. The parties first try to settle matters amicably. Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and may use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL). Disputes not settled amicably are resolved by the competent courts in Romania, under Romanian law.
15. Changes to the terms
The Provider may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update. Work already contracted remains subject to the terms in force on the date the quote was accepted.
