Website monitoring and compliance
Find out before your customers do when your website has a problem
We check your business website every week: whether it opens, whether the security certificate is about to expire, whether it has been hacked, whether the forms still send and whether the links lead somewhere. When something serious comes up, you get an email.
- From 69 RON + VAT a month
- No long-term contract
- For monitoring we only need your website address, no passwords

A one-off check, sent by email. It doesn't subscribe you to anything.
What we checkThe things that cost you customers without you knowing
Most website problems can't be seen from the office: the site works on your computer, but not for a new customer on a phone, after an update. We check them for you, from the outside, like a visitor.
Website down
We check that the website opens. If it doesn't respond, you hear it from us, not from a customer who went to a competitor.
SSL certificate
We let you know before the certificate expires, so the browser doesn't show visitors the "Not secure" warning.
Hacked site, foreign code
We look for hidden links, redirects and code placed in your pages by someone else, the usual signs of a hacked website.
Forms
We check that the contact or order form loads and that the address it sends the data to responds.
Broken links
We find links on your website that lead to "page not found" or to websites that no longer work.
Cookies before consent
We open the website in a real browser, without clicking anything, and see which cookies and ad scripts start before the visitor's consent (GDPR).
Consent for Google ads
If you run Google ads, we check that the consent signals reach Google correctly. Without them, measurement and remarketing for EU visitors may be limited.
Company details and policies
We check that the website shows the company name, VAT number, trade register number, the privacy and cookie policies, the terms and, for online shops, the consumer authority (ANPC) links required in Romania.
What you get
An email alert when a serious problem appears: website down, certificate about to expire, foreign code, a form that no longer sends.
A short monthly report: what we checked, what was fine and what is worth fixing. In the compliance package, also speed and basic SEO, with the trend compared to last month.
Larger fixes are not included: we quote them separately, at a fixed price, and only do them if you accept.
Why it mattersWhat we found on real websites
Three situations from our audits. We don't name the companies.
A WordPress website was hacked for months without the owner knowing.
The site looked normal to the owner. The foreign code only shows if you look for it. The weekly check looks for exactly this kind of code.
Security
Paid Google ads were sending visitors to a form that no longer worked.
The clicks were still being paid for, but the enquiries never reached the company. Nothing showed a visible error.
Forms
Advertising cookies set before the visitor's consent.
A cookie banner guarantees nothing: what matters is what starts before the click. You only see it by opening the website in a browser, not by reading the code.

Frequently asked questionsGood to know before you start
What do you need from me?
For the Monitoring package, only your website address. We don't ask for passwords, hosting access or access to your site's admin: the checks are done from the outside, the way a visitor sees the site. We only ask for access if you want us to fix something: the small monthly fix in the compliance package, or separately quoted work.
How do I stop the subscription?
There is no long-term contract. Write to office@georgica.ro that you want to stop, and we won't issue an invoice for the next month. The month already paid ends normally.
Which websites can be monitored?
Any public website: WordPress, WooCommerce or OpenCart shops, Wix, Shopify, custom-built sites. Because we check from the outside, the platform doesn't matter. Pages behind a password (customer accounts, admin) are not part of the check.
How do I pay?
After your subscription request we send you the invoice and a payment link. You can pay online by card or by bank transfer. Monitoring starts once payment is received.
What does "one small fix a month included" mean?
A small correction we find during the check, for example a broken link, a sentence in the privacy policy or a cookie banner setting. For this we need access to the website. Larger fixes, such as cleaning up a hacked site or rebuilding a form, are quoted separately, at a fixed price, before we start.
Does the free check commit me to anything?
No. You receive, once, by email, what we found on your website, within one working day at most. We don't subscribe you to anything and we don't send you a newsletter.
